We are delighted that we have been awarded a grant from the Department of Education to expand our provision to 2 year olds from September 2026. More information to come but if you are interested, please complete our application form and send a copy of your child's birth certificate and proof of address to register your child on our waiting list.
The arrangements relating to 2 year old from September is subject to consultation and final Department for Education approval processes.
Statutory proposal
Subject to final approval, from September 2026 the school is proposing to offer ten places for 2 year olds. These places are available only to children whose parents are eligible for either a 15 hour or 30 hour funded early education entitlement, in line with government criteria.
Funded entitlements
Eligible 2 year olds may access 15 or 30 hours of funded entitlement per week where criteria are met (term time only from the start of the term following their second birthday)
All children aged 3-4 are entitled to 15 hours of funded early education per week (term time only from the term after their third birthday)
Some children aged 3-4 may be eligible for an additional 15 hours of funded early education (30 hours in total) per week depending on government criteria (term time only from the start of the term after their third birthday)

All funding follows Local Authority funding periods (September, January and April), from the beginning of the term after a child becomes eligible.
